Sales Support Administrator

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our dynamic team in Italy. As Sales Administrator, you will provide essential support to our sales operations, ensuring seamless communication, efficient contract management, and smooth administrative processes. Your contribution will directly impact on our ability to deliver innovative solutions that empower healthcare professionals and improve patient outcomes.
What To Expect:
- Contract Management: Handle the preparation, review, and maintenance of sales-related contracts.
- Archiving Administrative Documentation: Ensure accurate and organized storage of all administrative records.
- Customer Communication: Manage professional communication with customers, ensuring their needs are met efficiently.
- New Supplier Creation: Oversee the onboarding of new suppliers in alignment with company standards.
- Purchase Order Creation: Process purchase orders with precision and attention to detail.
- Payment Invoice Verification: Check payment invoices for accuracy and compliance.
- Rental/Service Contract Database Management: Create and monitor a comprehensive database for rental and service contracts.
- Agency Fees and Invoice Management: Administer agency fees and handle related invoices effectively.
- Events: Organise events for both marketing and sales across all divisions
- Collateral: Translate leaflets, and sales collateral from English into Italian
What We Expect:
- Proven experience in sales administration or a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in administrative processes and database management.
- Familiarity with contract management and financial documentation.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in Italian and English is required.
