The Manufacturing Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring production goals are met, and fostering a culture of efficiency and continuous improvement at the Marlboro Simarano Manufacturing Plant. We are seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to step into the role of Manufacturing Supervisor at our Marlboro Simarano Manufacturing Plant. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead a team of experienced operators while spearheading efforts to optimize manufacturing processes and ensure operational excellence.

What to expect::

• Lead and manage a team of experienced manufacturing operators.
• Monitor production performance and ensure adherence to daily and weekly targets.
• Identify, develop, and implement strategies to optimize manufacturing processes.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols, quality standards, and operational guidelines.
• Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and improve workflow efficiency.

What we expect:

• Minimum of [X years] of experience in manufacturing operations or a related field.
• Proven leadership and team management skills, particularly with experienced operators.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, safety standards, and quality control.
• Problem-solving abilities and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Effective communication and organizational skills.
• Previous supervisory or management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Close familiarity with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma).
• Experience working with manufacturing processes and problem-solving concepts preferred

Education & Experience:

• Associates Degree or equivalent experience or training
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience.
• Strong electrical/mechanical background with a minimum of 5 years manufacturing related experience
• Experience with ISO and FDA

Must follow all applicable FDA regulations and ISO requirements.

The annualized base salary range for this role is $75,000 to $125,000 and is bonus eligible. Final compensation packages will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, skillset, knowledge, geography, education, business needs and market demand.
