Lead Systems Engineer
We are seeking two Lead Systems Engineers responsible for leading design, integration, and manage complex systems that meet regulatory, technical, and customer requirements in the development of our medical devices. Knowledge
You bring deep expertise in:
- Medical device development and compliance, including FDA QSR (21 CFR Part 820), ISO 13485, and design controls.
- Engineering principles and methodologies across disciplines (e.g., mechanical, electrical, software).
- Clinical and technical workflows, particularly in radiology and medical imaging.
- Design History File (DHF) assessment and remediation for regulatory compliance.
- Risk management standards (e.g., ISO 14971) and post-market surveillance processes (e.g., CAPA).

To succeed in this role, you should have:
- 8+ years of experience in systems engineering or related fields, preferably in the medical device industry.
- A Master’s degree (6+ years of experience) or Ph.D. (3+ years of experience) in a technical field.
- Extensive hands-on experience with design, development, and sustainment of medical devices.
- A proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders across disciplines.
- Expertise in risk management, CAPA processes, and post-market surveillance.

The annualized base salary range for this role is $114,800 - $179,500 and is bonus eligible. Final compensation packages will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, skillset, knowledge, geography, education, business needs and market demand.
