Fall Co-op, Internal Audit
Please note this role is a Fall Co-op with an anticipated start date of early September and will continue through the end of the year.

Responsibilities:
As an Internal Audit Co-op, you will engage in various activities, including:
Sarbanes-Oxley 404 (SOX) Testing:
- Attend meetings with Process Owners and management.
- Assist in updating SOX test matrices.
- Assist in performing compliance tests in areas such as Financial Reporting, Revenue, Receivables, Inventory, Purchasing, Payables, Fixed Assets, Payroll, and Human Resources.
- Complete workpapers under the direction of Internal Audit leadership.
Financial and Operational Audit Assignments:
- Assist in reviewing and testing policies, procedures, and controls to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Contribute to draft audit reports with recommendations.
IT Application Control Testing:
- Assist in conducting interviews and meetings with IT and process owners.
- Update workpapers and perform assigned compliance tests under the direction of Internal Audit leadership.
Travel and Entertainment (T&E) Expense Compliance:
- Assist in testing T&E expenses against the Corporate T&E policy.
- Assist in conducting T&E investigations as needed.
- Support continuous monitoring and special investigations related to T&E.
Location: Based in Marlboro, MA or San Diego CA
Education: A graduate student pursuing a master’s level degree or a third or fourth year college student pursuing a degree in Business Administration; Accounting, Information Technology, Business Analytics major preferred
Experience: Current student or recent graduate. Meaningful internship or co-op experience a plus but not required.

- Preferred cumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills that will enable effective interaction with all levels of employees, management and departments within the company
- Excellent analytical skills and comfortable in working with complex data, processes and systems to review and evaluate controls
- Proficient in Microsoft business applications - Excel, Word, PowerPoint. Oracle system experience a plus.
- Must possess high ethical values
- Team player and self-motivated
- Leadership skills
- The ability to work onsite at our Marlborough, MA or San Diego CA campus.
